Al-Nikaah is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and secure matrimonial platform. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, or any activity that exploits or endangers minors.
Adults Only Platform (18+)
Al-Nikaah is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and above. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, create profiles, or use our services.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
We strictly prohibit:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Grooming or solicitation involving minors.
- Human trafficking or exploitation of children.
- Any attempt to use our platform to endanger or exploit minors.
Any account found violating these standards will be suspended or permanently removed without prior notice.
User Reporting
Users can report inappropriate profiles, photographs, or behaviour directly through the application's reporting feature. Reports relating to child safety receive immediate priority review.
Review and Enforcement
Our team reviews reports of suspected policy violations and takes appropriate action, including:
- Removing prohibited content.
- Suspending or permanently terminating offending accounts.
- Restricting access where necessary.
- Cooperating with competent law enforcement authorities when legally required.
Identity and Safety
We encourage users to provide accurate profile information and report suspicious or fraudulent accounts. We continually work to improve the safety of our platform through account review, moderation, and user feedback.
