1. Purpose of the Platform

Al-Nikaah.com is an online matrimonial introduction service intended to assist Muslim families in finding suitable marriage proposals in accordance with Islamic principles and Pakistani cultural traditions. The platform only facilitates initial contact and does not arrange, perform, or guarantee any marriage.

2. User Obligations

  • You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and profile creation.
  • Any fake, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent profile will be suspended or permanently deleted without prior notice.
  • You are solely responsible for all content (text, photographs, documents) you upload.
  • Upon engagement or nikah, you must immediately inform the administration to close your profile.
  • Harassment, blackmail, fraud, or any illegal behaviour is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • You are responsible for independently verifying the identity, character, and background of any person you communicate with.

3. Payment Rules

  • Registration fee must be paid within 3 days of profile approval, otherwise the profile will be temporarily suspended.
  • Each paid member may receive up to 10 profile contacts. Additional contacts require separate payment.
  • All fees are non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability

The owner and operators of Al-Nikaah.com shall not be liable for any unsuccessful proposal, misrepresentation, fraud, financial loss, emotional distress, or any dispute arising between users or their families.

5. Role and Disclaimer of the Independent Developer

This website is technically developed and maintained by an independent freelance software developer on a work-for-hire basis. The developer has no ownership, operational control, or responsibility over the website, its content, user activities, matchmaking process, or business decisions.

The developer shall under no circumstances be held liable for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activity carried out by any user or administrator, including (but not limited to) violations of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016, Pakistan Penal Code, Muslim Family Laws Ordinance 1961, or any other law in force in Pakistan.

All legal, religious, moral, and operational responsibility rests exclusively with the website owner/company and the registered users.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
