8. Role of the Independent Mobile Application Developer
The Al-Nikaah mobile application was technically developed and is maintained by an independent freelance software developer on a work-for-hire basis.
The developer has no ownership, partnership, or operational control over the Al-Nikaah business or matchmaking service.
The developer does not monitor user activities, verify user profiles, access private communications, or participate in matchmaking decisions except where limited technical access is required solely for application maintenance or bug fixing.
Responsibility for operating the platform, verifying users, protecting user information, complying with applicable laws, and managing all user interactions rests solely with the owner and operator of Al-Nikaah.
